2、不同材料采用不同的螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)以適應(yīng)不同塑料的加工工藝,特別解決原料中少量過(guò)高分子量的樹(shù)脂塑化不良而造成流延膜出現(xiàn)晶點(diǎn)。
3、模頭采用彈性好調(diào)節(jié)精密結(jié)構(gòu)以解決薄膜橫向厚度不均勻現(xiàn)象。
4、延輥內(nèi)部流道設(shè)計(jì)合理確保輥面溫度均勻,對(duì)于不同要求的流延膜可以采用膠輥、風(fēng)刀或者輔以真空、鎖邊等裝置更能提高塑料薄膜的成型效率和質(zhì)量。
5、為解決膜卷有暴筋現(xiàn)象,本設(shè)備還設(shè)有偏擺及張力收卷裝置。
