設備特點Features

1、 主要由：電控系統、主體結構、升降機構、除渣劑喂料機構、攪拌機構、供氮氣機構。

2、 電控系統采用PLC和觸摸屏，使用更加智能化，實施隨時監控，操作更加方便

3、 主體支架采用10#槽鋼方200mm方管焊接組合而成，雙導軌直線滑軌，更加牢固，傳動更加高效；

4、 喂料機構采用調速電機及蛟龍傳動往鋁湯里面添加除渣劑，更好的控制除渣劑的添加量，沒有除渣劑的時 候會自動報警，更加節能，減少人工，更加安全。

5、 攪拌部分采用變頻電機通過同步輪帶動石墨攪拌棒、石墨攪拌盤來實現攪拌，旋轉轉速可在觸摸屏畫面實 時可調，更加方便節能

6、 喂料機構采用自動供料；供料量可調，減少了人工，并且更加安全

7、 機電動力部分采用，使用更加節能；

8、 動力采用信捷變頻器控制電機，使用更加節能；擺線減速電機傳動：包含電機、齒輪，鏈條、直線滑軌、 滑塊；升降電機帶有剎車功能，從而保證升降臂不下滑，使用更加安全節能。

9、 外部配線采用金屬線槽保護，升降部分采用拖鏈保護線纜，更好的保護電纜線，使用更穩定，更加安全。

4. The feeding mechanism uses a speed-regulating motor and Jiaolong transmission to add slag remover to the aluminum soup, to better control the amount of slag remover added. When there is no slag remover, it will automatically alarm, more energy saving, less labor, and safer.

5. The stirring part adopts the frequency conversion motor to drive the graphite stirring rod and graphite stirring plate through the synchronous wheel to achieve stirring. The rotation speed can be adjusted in real time on the touch screen, which is more convenient and energy-saving.

6. The feeding mechanism adopts automatic feeding; the feeding amount is adjustable, which reduces labor and is safer

7. The electromechanical power part is adopted, which is more energy-saving;

8. The power adopts Xinjie frequency converter to control the motor, which is more energy-saving; cycloidal reduction motor transmission: including motor, gear, chain, linear slide rail, and slider; the lifting motor has a brake function to ensure that the lifting arm does not slide down. More safe and energy-saving.

9. The external wiring is protected by a metal wire slot, and the lifting part is protected by a towline to better protect the cable, and it is more stable and safe to use.
