特性：TPEE/TPE彈性體又名海翠，具有耐寒（-40度）超韌抗沖降噪耐化學(xué)性等*性能，可以多次注塑，水口利用率*；既可以單獨成型，也可以與PP、PS、PE、ABS、PA、PC等包覆粘接；具有硫化橡膠的物理機械性能和熱塑性塑料的工藝加工性能,由于不需經(jīng)過熱硫化，使用通用的塑料加工設(shè)備即可完成產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)，這一特點使橡膠工業(yè)生產(chǎn)流程縮短了1/4，節(jié)約能耗25%~40%，提高效率10倍~20倍。

TPEE*性能：耐磨性強；高的機械強度，高硬度同時可保持高彈性、高的耐老化性能；彎曲性能優(yōu)秀；耐低溫（-40℃）及耐高溫（150℃）耐老化性強于TPU、TPR、TPV；*壓縮變形率低,；耐油、潤滑油及脂肪族碳氫溶劑；有自潤滑性,此點在無聲齒輪的應(yīng)用上優(yōu)勢尤為突出 (硬度范圍：35D-82D).
